Preliminary round of Future Talents contest

At This moment all registrations are in for the preliminary round of Future Talents contest! This preliminary round, which concerns all the Dutch participants, will take place on Monday, January 22 at the Miele Experience Center in Vianen. 

Immediately after the preliminary round, the schools that continue to the final will receive detailed information regarding the final.

The preliminary  round

From a black box one main course has to be prepared by the representative of the white brigade and a cocktail by the participant from the black brigade. All ingredients, both for the main course and for the cocktail, are arranged by the organization and will be ready for the participants.

Judging

The board has found a number of master chefs and master hosts from the Dutch top gastronomy prepared to judge this preliminary round. Which schools qualify for Future Talents 2018?
